Blue Chip Hospitality is delighted to offer for corporate team building breaks, exclusive use of Chalet Rustique, situated close to the village of Chatel in the French Alps and only 80 minutes for Geneva Airport.
Our Alpine Activity Weekends are an excellent way to reward staff, improve communication and moral or to improve relationships with your clients as you embark on various mountain activities over the weekend.
All of which is supplemented by Chalet Rustique - a modern chalet with luxury accommodation, providing the ultimate alpine retreat. With a warm welcome and a friendly personalised service, we will provide the comforts of home in a truly relaxing way.

Recommended Itinerary
Thursday Arrive at Geneva Airport to be collected by your host for the weekend, Paolo Sebastianelli.
Transfer to Chalet Rustique, Chatel where you will have a drinks reception upon arrival
4 course dinner prepared by Michelin Star trained Chef, Paolo
Friday Following breakfast depart for a morning of White Water Rafting.
After lunch head up the mountain for the Fantasticable
In the evening enjoy your 4 course dinner
Saturday Following breakfast depart for a day of mountain biking high in the French Alps

Recommended Activities
Mountain Biking
There are over 380km of marked trails and 23 ski lifts open in the summer, taking you to some extraordinary places and through 14 villages. There are downhill runs through both woodland and mountain pastures, trial mountain biking areas and a bike park. The trails are marked with various difficulties, so there are suitable runs for all different levels. A qualified instructor / guide will take you on a tour of the mountains. (Duration 1 day)
Fantasicable
The Fantasticable is certainly something to talk about! Imagine being harnessed to a cable and flying at 80km-100km from one peak to another and at 240m above the mountainside! This is certainly not for the faint-hearted however is definitely worth trying or watching! (Duration ½ day)
White Water Rafting
Along the River Dranse you can take part in the power and speed of white water rafting providing you with fun and splashes all the way. (Duration ½ day)
Other Activities
Canyoning, Waterskiing on Lake Geneva, Rock Climbing, Hill Walking

Chalet Rustique
The Chalet is designed with luxury in mind. It sleeps a maximum of 8 persons with 4 twin / double rooms available.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom is individually furnished, with its own stylish en-suite bathroom and all the extras to make your stay especially comfortable.
Living Area
The living area is spacious and open-planned. With a log burning fire set in the middle of the room, and amazingly comfortable sofas, you will find the living area relaxing and cosy - the ideal place to unwind and chill out after a long hard day on the ski slopes. It is the perfect area for quiet reading or relaxing with an après ski aperitif whilst taking in the spectacular views up and down the valley. There is a T.V. area and with internet facilities, you can also keep up to date with events while you are away.

Having trained under Michelin star chefs, Paolo Sebastianelli has gained a wealth of experience in the world of cooking. With British and modern Italian influences, you will experience superb, freshly prepared cuisine with great flavours.
To begin the day, you will sit down to a delicious continental breakfast including fresh croissants, fresh fruit and porridge. Alternatively, you may wish a cooked breakfast, which we are more than happy to prepare on request. Following your activities, the evening is then your time to sit back, relax and enjoy a four course meal served with fine wines.
