The 2013 Open Championship takes place at Muirfield, outside of Edinburgh, for the first time since Ernie Els triumphed in 2002. Ernie will also go into the 2013 Championship as defending champion having triumphed at Royal Lytham.

Blue Chip Hospitality offer official Open Golf Hospitality at The Open Championship allowing you to entertain within the official hospitality village overlooking the 9th hole.

The Champions Bistro

The Champion’s Bistro is a simple, yet wonderful way of treating your guests to a visit to one of the world’s greatest sporting events. Perfect for golf fans, this casual and informal package gives you easy access to the course and a great place to relax with friends and family.

With a laid back atmosphere and a bistro style setting The Champion’s Bistro is ideal if you’re looking for good, honest food served amid the unique buzz of this extraordinary Championship.

Among other treats you and your guests will enjoy a hearty lunch from the Chef ’s Table, accompanied with wine, beer and soft drinks. Later in the afternoon you will also be able to take advantage of a special Glenmorangie whisky and canapé reception.

Ideally situated on the ground floor of our two-tier pavilion next to the 9th fairway, The Club has an enticing array of features and is hosted by our professional events team. Named after the first ever Open Championship, The 1860 Club is the perfect location to wine and dine with your valued clients and guests.

After enjoying the sublime skills of the world’s greatest Golfers The 1860 Club provides you with everything you need for a traditional day of hospitality. The award winning catering will ensure a memorable day for you and your guests. Inspired by the professionals, you can test your own skills in the exclusive hospitality SKILLZONE.

The Gallery Restaurant 

Award winning hospitality and an exceptional experience are on offer at The Gallery Restaurant. This exclusive a la carte restaurant on the top floor of our pavilion overlooking Muirfield’s 9th hole offers you and your guests the ultimate in fine dining. A prestigious, perfect sanctuary where you can luxuriate in the unique atmosphere of the world’s oldest Major.

Enticing dishes created by our executive chef featuring local Scottish produce, will delight your guests. They will be equally impressed by the comfort of the surroundings, and by their place in the heart of the action.

After following golf ’s greatest on the links you and your guests can retire to the comfort of The Gallery before improving your golfing skills in the hospitality Skillzone. All the while, our highly trained staff will make sure that everything runs to a ‘tee’. Delicious cakes, snacks and fruits will be available throughout the day to refuel on.
